When it comes to ordering your custom garments, our goal is to make the ordering process as hassle–free as possible for our valued customers. We will strive to not only meet, but to exceed your quality and design expectations while delivering your custom garments on time.

Please help us make your purchase experience a memorable one by following the process outlined below.

The process from Start to Finish:

1. Before ordering, please review our Terms & Conditions. This should help answer any questions you may have. If you still have questions, please call 02 4757 4378 or Email us.

2. The design and ordering process begins in one of the following ways

• Utilize our online design tools to create your own custom design.
• Call 02 4757 4378 to get the order and design processes started. We’ll discuss your needs and design, and let you know where to go from there.

3. Digital mock-ups may be emailed to you if needed.

4. When you have reached total satisfaction on your design, production is set to begin.

5. We will send you copies of both the approval & order forms for signature.

6. A pro forma invoice will be issued and requires you to make your deposit payment.

7. Your garments are manufactured – again, in an average 6-8 weeks.

8. You pay your balance.

9. Your garments are shipped to you.
