Terms & Conditions

1. When an order is received and prior to production, we need to receive the following:

  • Approval of your design (email, fax or in person)
  • Details of the order including: all sizes, styles and colours (email, fax or in person)
  • Artwork confirmation: hi-resolution copies of your artwork or the contact details of the graphic holder (not applicable if we do the artwork)

2. Payment

Payment is required up front on all orders which require custom embroidery or printing. Production will begin immediately once payment is made. Please provide a confirmation of payment receipt via email.

3. Production time will be quoted to you at the time of placement.

4. A digital sample will be made available prior to production.
A physical sample is available prior to full production at the client’s request.
Note: This will increase production time. Sample cost is subject to change dependant on the garment and will include all freight costs. The sample price will be deducted from the final order total. Sample prices are higher than the regular priced garment due to the additional manufacture cost of one item.

Packaging final orders
Unless quoted otherwise, All orders are quoted shipped to one destination address.

Shipping
Our preferred method and carriers are Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please. Local deliveries are done by our staff. If you would prefer us to use another carrier, please let us know and provide your shipping number.

Product guarantee
We guarantee top quality fabric and construction. Claims of shortages,damage or defect must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.
